Do you store my Trade Republic login?
No. Segmo never sees your Trade Republic login and never links to your account. It only reads the CSV file you export and upload yourself.
What's free and what's paid?
Setting up and viewing your whole history is free, forever. Premium is for keeping Segmo current – importing new transactions after your initial setup – plus unlimited pots and the automatic interest split.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is monthly or annual, and you can cancel from your account at any time – you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your pots, holdings and full history stay intact, viewable and exportable forever. You just can't import new activity dated after your setup, or add pots beyond the free limit, until you re-subscribe.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Export your full account as a ZIP whenever you like, and delete your account permanently from settings – no email required.
Which numbers does Segmo compute?
Your realised profit/loss – matching the Austrian Trade Republic tax report (§ 27a EStG, moving-average cost basis). The German report uses FIFO – support for it is planned.
