What we process and why

• Account: email address, password (stored only as a hash) and a session token – to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). An email address is required for an account.
• Uploaded transaction data: the CSV you export from Trade Republic yourself, stored in your own database separate from other users – to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Connection data: your IP address is processed when you load a page, to deliver the pages and to prevent abuse – legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Waitlist: your email address and the page you signed up from, to notify you once when Premium launches – consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time by email.

Demo accounts contain invented sample data only.

Recipients

Processors: a hosting provider (servers in the EU); a CDN and attack-protection provider based in the USA, through which all requests pass – the transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR); an email delivery service (EU/Switzerland).

Retention

Account data until you delete your account; waitlist emails until Premium launches or you withdraw; demo accounts about 2 hours; backups on a rolling basis of about 14 days.

Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies (login session, language choice, saved display settings) – no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Data export and account deletion are available directly in your account; for anything else, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
